| How do I place an order? |
You are requested to follow the following steps to place your order:
1. Identify an item of your choice from our online product catalog.
2. Add it to your shopping cart using "Add to Sample Cart" OR "Bulk Order" button.
3. Once you have added all the products you wish to buy, click on "Checkout" button.
4. You will then be prompted to verify your login/register details in our "Customer Section" and proceed further for giving your credit card details, billing and shipping information.

| What is the mode of payment? |
The payment can be made online through a Visa /master card. The payment can also be made through Demand Draft/cheques. |

| Is my sample cost refundable or adjustable? |
The Wedding card sample cost is adjustable if a bulk order is placed. The price charged for the order would now be net of the payment made for the wedding card samples. The wedding card sample cost is not refundable otherwise. |

| What does a wedding card sample card include? |
Sample card have complete set i.e. card, envelope, inner leaf / insert(s). |

| What is the minimum order quantity for sample and bulk? |
Minimum order quantity for sample is 1 and bulk is 50. For orders of quantity less then 50 Sample Price (5 US $) Per Card will be applicable. |

| What is the minimum delivery time? |
We ship by DHL or UPS or FedEx. It takes 3 to 5 days to deliver worldwide right at your doorsteps. We provide you the tracking no. as soon as we ship your parcel so you can track the delivery status online at their respective websites i.e. www.dhl.com or www.ups.com. |

| Do you provide printing services? What are the printing charges? |
Yes, printing services and matching wedding stationery like rsvp cards, thank you cards, wedding programs, menu cards and table cards are done at additional cost. Our printing charges depends on the card. Printing is charged for Min. 100 cards and then in multiples of 50. It includes cost of printing custom invitation text and bride - groom name, date of wedding, return address etc. on envelope. We also facilitate guest name & address printing on envelope for an extra charge. |

| How do I send my desired wedding card wordings or text that I want to get printed in the card? |
The desired matter can be sent in the form of a Word file and then it will be set in a proper proof and will be sent in form of jpg. Files. Further alterations can be suggested and it is only after getting your final approval that we send the cards for printing. |

| Do you provide add-on cards e.g. RSVP, Thank You cards? |
Yes, we provide full range of Save The Date Card, RSVP Card, Thank You, Mehandi, Garba, Cocktail etc. add-on cards. | Are there any printing services provided by the site? |
We have the required infrastructure for various printing services such as Screen Printing, Leaf/Foil Printing, Die Embossing, Die Cutting and Multi Colour Offset Printing in English, Gujarati, Hindi or any other Languages. We have dedicated designing, printing, conversion and handmade paper units. All the departments consist of sophisticated printing equipments, computers and related facilities. The sophisticated equipments are aided by experienced designers who are proficient in computer related design software's. |
